Do you take on engagements outside hospitality?
Yes. Hospitality is where we have the deepest case load, but the same audit-first methodology and senior engineering model apply across healthcare, financial services, and enterprise operations.
How long is a typical engagement?
Every engagement begins with a four-to-six-week audit. Most builds run twelve to twenty weeks from audit completion to production. Managed operations engagements run continuously after launch.
Will you replace our existing systems?
Almost never. We connect to the tools you already run — PMS, EHR, ERP, identity — and build the intelligence layer between them. Rip-and-replace is rarely the right answer.
